the chickens are planning an attack. i can feel it.

i'm house-sitting. there are three chickens and a cat. the cat is old and needs to be fed constantly and the chickens are adventurous. one of them kind of pecked my ear earlier (ear-lier! get it?). don't think i'm gonna forget about that ya smug chicken bastard.

i watched some tv today and yesterday. i also completed a 200 piece cinderella puzzle in the sun today. my head has been hurtin' that real hurt for the past two days. wtf.

i wanted a latte pretty badly this morning so i drove myself down the ol' mountain to go to INVASION CAFE. (what is up with that interior decorating? no offense, weston. but it's not like you decorated it.) guys, i parked downtown by myself. go me! latte was bangin', too.

it seems as though i can be gone from moreno valley for months and months and months, yet little will change. however, after being gone from portland for only two weeks, i come home to find a new use for the studio within the back studio, re-arranged upstairs furniture, two new interns, two new housemates, and new shit at the old stump. also, we now have a coat rack apparently. NOT TO MENTION, I AM SUBSCRIBED TO GLAMOUR MAGAZINE! ...still trying to figure out how that one happened.

the weather in california sucks just as badly as portland right now. bummer.

i have been having fun, some documentation has occurred, but not as much as i would like. the other night, taylor and i shared a crepe at ihop. it was 2 in the morning and we were waiting for his car to stop overheating. haha. only hours earlier we had in n out.
taylor can sleep forever. it is approaching 4pm.

my birthday party is on satruday and i am unbelievably stoked.

also, next thursday, the 12th, i am heading back to california for two weeks. i would really love to spend quality time with my people, meaning any of you who are reading this and still living in the southern california area. i miss you very much. with that said, i would also very much like to be in the company of my family, more so than other trips back home, so late nights and early mornings are best for hang outz.

i went to the oregon coast for the first time a couple weeks ago. it was beautiful and much warmer than it was in portland if you can believe that. the company was great and the sand was like peanut butter but less delicious. accidental eats.

hmm. other than that, im looking for a job for my return at the end of february and i have been holed up in my room writing letters and reading books. also worth mentioning, my old work sent me a predator-esque head via fed-ex and it sits in my room looking all terrifying and shit. it is seriously a giant head. A.GIANT.HEAD. not a mask, a head. it is tight. i let it hang out on the couches upstairs during shows every once in a while.

you will also be happy to hear that i have acquired some pajama bottoms courtesy of the free box at the 'stery. i now sleep in style in green, velvety pj's clearly modeled in the vain of camouflage with a touch of class (you know, an adjustable waist) and a hint of deer and moose like animals. definitely not for the faint of heart. just sayin.
